Privacy policy

Piedmont Education Services respects your right to privacy regarding any and all personal information you submit to us using our secure servers. PES does not share any personal information with any other person or company for any reason. Your achievement test reports are revealed to no one but you. We are not a government agency nor are we connected with any. We do not share any of your personal information, your student's information or any test reports with anyone without your written permission, or as required by a court of law with proper jurisdiction. We do store your contact and/or payment information as well as your student's test report(s) from year to year in a secure data base on our company computers/hard drives/flash drives. However, these are not connected in any way to the internet and are thus not liable to be hacked or compromised in any way. Of course, we have no control over what the government or others may do in snooping or reading electronic/digital communications such as email. But we take very seriously the trust you have placed in us and do everything in our power to maintain strict control and privacy in these matters. We normally send your achievement test reports in a pdf format via email. But if you are concerned about privacy issues, then please let us know and we will communicate with you via USPS First Class Mail.

Refund Policy

Piedmont Education Services' Refund Policy is as follows: "On all purchases, including achievement tests and practice tests, a refund shall be given if materials are returned in unused and resellable condition. However, the following industry-wide fixed costs shall be subtracted from the original purchase price: 1. For products not shipped - a credit card processing fee of $6 or 7% of the total (whichever is greater); 2. For products already shipped to you - the credit card processing fee, plus exact shipping costs, plus a 15% restocking fee." Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Policy

Shipping site wide is a built-in cost unless otherwise indicated. We select the type of shipping from the available options which depends on your location and the size of the package being mailed to you.  If you require faster shipping than what is offered onsite, please call us at 336-462-8920 to arrange for expedited shipping at additional cost.
